With over 20 years of executive and financial leadership experience, Mike has operated or advised companies across a broad range of industries and stages from startups to mature enterprises.
Prior to co-founding Jump Capital, he was a senior partner for Excelar Group LLC, a provider of strategic execution and advisory services. He also served as President of SIRVA, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio company.
Mike spent sixteen years with GE and GE Capital in a breadth of financial, operating and global assignments and is an honors graduate from GE’s prestigious Financial Management and Leadership Development programs.
Mike attended Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with highest distinction earning a BS in Finance.

Prior to co-founding Jump Capital in 2012, Sach held a variety of investment and operating roles.
His diverse operating experience includes digital marketing, pharmaceutical research, logistics, and other technology/service industries. His most recent role was as an operating partner at Tarsus and preceding that role, head of consumer moving for SIRVA. Having started his career in several of GE’s management programs, he has held functional roles both at GE and SIRVA, typically in product development and M&A.
Sach earned an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg after a Chemical Engineering BS from University of Rochester.

With over 15 years of clinical, commercial and capital formation experience, Garrett is a physician entrepreneur who leads the healthcare practice at Jump Capital.
Prior to Jump, Garrett was the Founder/CEO of NewBridge Pharmaceuticals, a Dubai-based specialty pharma company that commercializes medical products in the emerging markets. He raised over $65M in VC financing and created $470M in nominal value.
Before NBP, Garrett was a director with Burrill Ventures where he led investments in HCIT, biotech and medtech. Formerly at Genentech, he worked on the launch of Lucentis™, a $4B biologic treatment for retinal diseases.
Garrett earned his medical degree and MBA from Georgetown University and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Kauffman Fellow and serves on a variety of corporate and non-profit boards.

Saurabh has a diverse background in investing, operations & product management and leads Jump's efforts in NYC.
Prior to joining Jump, Saurabh led various roles at Groupon in product, marketing & operations. Previously, he was an early stage investor at Lightbank, an Investment Banker with Barclays Capital and an algo trader with Lehman Brothers.
Saurabh began his career as a High Performance Computing researcher at French National Research Institute, and had entrepreneurial stints as a founding member of Benchprep (a venture-backed digital learning platform) and as a co-founder of a clean-tech startup.
Saurabh holds a Masters in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.

Since joining Jump Capital in 2013, Peter has been deeply involved with investments in over 30 innovative companies. Prior to joining Jump, Peter was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley where he managed M&A and corporate finance transactions for companies in the financial technology sector. Proceeding Morgan Stanley, he advised leading wealth management, banking and insurance companies on technology, new product development, and commercialization strategies as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Peter is a Kauffman Fellow, CFA Charterholder, and holds a MBA from Chicago Booth.

Prior to joining Jump, Yelena was an investor with MK Capital, where she supported MK’s portfolio companies and made investments in enterprise software, cloud computing and marketing technology.
She was also an associate with McNally Capital, where she focused in energy and closed an investment in the clean energy space.
Before business school Yelena served as finance manager for DreamWorks Studios, where she was actively involved in negotiating the studio’s raise of new capital and the adoption of a new global licensing strategy.
Yelena began her career as an investment banker with UBS, where she advised companies in technology and media and raised over $1 billion in capital for clients.
Yelena holds a BA in economics with honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Chicago Booth.

An effective and trusted partner to Jump’s portfolio businesses, Brent makes financial and operational information accessible and useful, motivates high-performance teams and leverages deep M&A experience to support transactions and guide decisions.
Previously he held CFO roles at Rasmussen College, Collegis Education, UL Environment and Sirva Relocation. He also led corporate development for Underwriters Laboratories, served as the VP of Finance for Information Resources and was a Principal with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Brent is a CPA with Masters degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology.
Jason has a comprehensive background in driving strategy and operational excellence at technology-driven growth-stage ventures. Throughout his career, he’s served in a variety of B2B operating roles, including general management with an emphasis on the sales and business development functions where he’s partnered with founders and investors to respond to market opportunities.
Immediately prior to Jump, Jason was the CEO of Food Genius, a data insights and analytics platform for the food service industry, where he led the company through its acquisition by US. Foods in the spring of 2016.
Jason earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
Pete comes to us with a strong foundation of operating and strategic finance experience. He was previously Principal and Operating Partner at Manasota Capital, serving as CEO and Board member of one of its portfolio companies, RGB Lights.
Prior to his role at Manasota, he was at RR Donnelley & Sons and SIRVA, Inc. serving in varying strategic finance capacities including corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and financial planning & analysis, and in operational roles including product management, project management, six sigma quality, and the SIRVA Leadership Program.
Pete has a B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Kasey is the executive assistant for the Jump Capital team. Prior to joining Jump, she was an associate at GCM Grosvenor where she spent 2 years supporting the fund finance department. Preceding that role, she was with DUS Management.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, meditation and is a connoisseur of all things gelato.
Kasey graduated with honors from the University of Iowa with a BA in Communication Studies.
