Pete joined Jump Capital in 2016 with a strong foundation of commercial strategy and operational leadership experience. He was previously Principal and Operating Partner at Manasota Capital, serving as CEO and Board member of one of its portfolio companies, RGB Lights.
Prior to his role at Manasota, he was at RR Donnelley & Sons leading a variety of strategic finance capacities including corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and financial planning & analysis, and at SIRVA, Inc. where he served in operational roles including product management, project management, six sigma quality, and the SIRVA Leadership Program.
Pete has a B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Prior to co-founding Jump Capital in 2012, Sach held a variety of investment and operating roles.
His diverse operating experience includes companies within the media, pharmaceutical research, logistics, and other technology/service industries. Prior to Jump he was as an operating partner at Tarsus and preceding that role, head of consumer moving for SIRVA (IPO: NYSE 2003). Having started his career in several of GE’s management programs, he has held functional roles both at GE and SIRVA, typically in product management and M&A.
Sach earned an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg after a Chemical Engineering BS from University of Rochester.

An effective and trusted partner to Jump’s portfolio businesses, Brent works directly with management teams to make financial and operational information more accessible and useful in their daily operating cadence.
Brent brings to the table over 20 years of experience in key finance and operational roles across a multitude of industries. He has worked as the CFO for a variety of SaaS start-ups ranging from $2M to $50M in revenue with 30 and 250 employees). Prior to joining Jump, Brent spent time at companies such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Rasmussen College, Underwriters Laboratories, Sirva Relocation, and Information Resources.
Brent is passionate about helping improve operations and decision-making through good process and measurement. He works to quickly assess situations, seamlessly integrate with operating teams and pragmatically solve complex business problems. Reaching scale while having enough runway to balance speed, efficient growth and innovation is his philosophy.
Brent is a CPA with Masters degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology.
Jason has a comprehensive background in driving strategy and operational excellence at technology-driven growth-stage ventures. Throughout his career, he’s served in a variety of B2B operating roles, including general management with an emphasis on the sales and business development functions where he’s partnered with founders and investors to respond to market opportunities.
Immediately prior to Jump, Jason was the CEO of Food Genius, a data insights and analytics platform for the food service industry, where he led the company through its acquisition by US. Foods in the spring of 2016.
Jason earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
Tarun joined Jump Capital in 2020 and supports the team on all venture capital and growth equity investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Jump, Tarun was on the corporate development team at Scientific Games where he helped the company complete eight acquisitions in the casino gaming, lottery, and sports betting space. Tarun began his career as an investment banking analyst at Livingstone Partners.
Tarun holds a BBA degree from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Peter joined Jump Capital in 2013 as its first employee, and leads Jump’s investments in the FinTech, InsurTech, and Crypto / Blockchain sectors.
Prior to joining Jump, Peter was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley where he managed M&A and corporate finance transactions for companies in the financial technology sector. Preceding Morgan Stanley, he advised leading wealth management, banking, and insurance companies on technology, new product development, and commercialization strategies as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Peter is a Kauffman Fellow, CFA Charterholder, and holds an MBA from Chicago Booth.

With over 20 years of executive and financial leadership experience, Mike has operated, advised and invested in companies across a broad range of industries and stages from startups to mature enterprises.
Prior to co-founding Jump Capital, he was a senior partner for Excelar Group LLC, a provider of strategic execution and advisory services. He also served as President of SIRVA, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio company.
Mike spent sixteen years with GE and GE Capital in a breadth of financial, operating and global assignments and is an honors graduate from GE’s Financial Management and Leadership Development programs.
Mike attended Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with highest distinction earning a BS in Finance.

Kasey is the executive assistant for the Jump Capital team. Prior to joining Jump, she was an associate at GCM Grosvenor where she spent 2 years supporting the fund finance department. Preceding that role, she was with DUS Management.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, yoga, meditation and is a connoisseur of all things gelato.
Kasey graduated with honors from the University of Iowa with a BA in Communication Studies.

Prior to joining Jump, she founded Omnium Blockchain in 2018, a FinTech business ecosystem with an associated co-working space. After graduating Villanova in 2014, she grew BuildThis, a Chicago website and application agency, from its infancy and has a vast pool of knowledge in tech and development.
Kathleen holds a BBA degree from Villanova University’s School of Business (VSB).
Saurabh has a diverse background in investing, operations & product management and leads Jump's efforts in Crypto & IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Software
Prior to joining Jump, Saurabh led various roles at Groupon in product, marketing & operations. Previously, he was an early stage investor at Lightbank, an Investment Banker with Barclays Capital, an algo trader with Lehman Brothers, and was a founding team member of Benchprep (a venture-backed digital learning platform).
Saurabh started his career as a High-Performance Computing researcher at French National Institute for Scientific Research where he focused on Compiler Optimization for mission-critical computing.
Saurabh holds a Masters in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.

Yelena joined Jump in 2015 and leads investment opportunities in the digital media sector. Prior to joining Jump, Yelena was an investor with MK Capital, where she supported MK’s portfolio companies and invested in enterprise software, cloud computing and marketing technology.
She was also an associate with McNally Capital, where she focused in energy and closed an investment in the clean energy space. Before business school Yelena served as finance manager for DreamWorks Studios, where she was actively involved in negotiating the studio’s raise of new capital and the adoption of a new global licensing strategy.
Yelena began her career as an investment banker with UBS, where she advised companies in technology and media and raised over $1 billion in capital for clients. Yelena holds a BA in economics with honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
