Glenn Borok
Vice President
Glenn is a Vice President on the investment team at Jump. Before joining Jump, he worked as an investor at In-Q-Tel, a venture fund that represents the national intelligence community. Prior to that, Glenn served as a product strategist at LinkedIn, where he focused on the Sales Navigator platform.
As an investor, Glenn has a diverse range of venture interests. These include B2B SaaS, Generative AI, Future of Work, Consumer, and Fintech.
Outside of work, Glenn is an avid writer and sports enthusiast, particularly supporting the Cal Bears (go Bears!). In fact, he served as the football play-by-play announcer on Cal student radio.
Glenn holds degrees from MIT, where he earned his MBA, and UC Berkeley, where he obtained a BS in Business Administration.
Peter J. Carroll
Operating Partner
Pete joined Jump Capital in 2016 with a strong foundation of commercial strategy and operational leadership experience. He was previously Principal and Operating Partner at Manasota Capital, serving as CEO and Board member of one of its portfolio companies, RGB Lights.
Prior to his role at Manasota, he was at RR Donnelley & Sons leading a variety of strategic finance capacities including corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and financial planning & analysis, and at SIRVA, Inc. where he served in operational roles including product management, project management, six sigma quality, and the SIRVA Leadership Program.
Pete has a B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Sach Chitnis
Co-founder and Partner
Prior to co-founding Jump Capital in 2012, Sach held a variety of investment and operating roles.
His diverse operating experience includes companies within the digital media, pharmaceutical research, logistics, and other technology/service industries. Prior to Jump he was as an operating partner at Tarsus and preceding that role, head of consumer moving for SIRVA (IPO: NYSE 2003). Having started his career in several of GE’s management programs, he has held functional roles both at GE and SIRVA, including product management and M&A.
Sach earned an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg after a Chemical
Engineering BS from University of Rochester.

Trisha Degg
VP of Talent Platform
Trisha is the V.P. of Talent Platform at Jump, based in its Chicago office. She describes herself as a Capital P “People Person” and a talent matchmaker. Having spent the majority of her career in tech, she’s uniquely positioned to help Jump’s portfolio companies establish H.R. and talent strategies for sustained growth and success.
Before becoming Jump’s head of Talent Platform, Trisha was the Head of People at Provi, a start-up in the alcoholic beverage ordering space. While there, she built out their people function, scaling them from 70 to 300+ employees in 15 months. Prior to that, she was the Head of Talent at Tempus, a healthcare tech company where she managed a team of 8, recruiting up to 250 roles at a time.
With a combined 15 years of corporate recruiting, campus recruitment, and H.R. experience under her belt, Trisha is passionate about networking and finding new, unique ways to locate talent. In her role at Jump Capital, she uses her collective experience to partner alongside the heads of H.R./Talent and founders at portfolio companies to help develop and refine their procedures and processes. Trisha’s specialties include talent attraction and retention, organizational development, manager training, interview skills/resume writing, building and refining internship programs, and employment branding.
A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Trisha holds a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences, Consumer Affairs. She was also a Professional Fellow with the U.S. Department of State, focusing on the economic empowerment and development of start-up communities in Eastern Europe. She is a Board member and organizer of T4Youth, an annual tech community table tennis fundraiser for ChiTech Academy, a project-based STEM high school on the city’s southwest side.
When asked what she brought to the table, a former boss said, “hustle.” When she’s not hustling, you can find her puttering around her garden, putting her stamp on her historic Chicago brick bungalow, or indulging her inner foodie at one of Chicago’s restaurants.

Jason Felger
Head of Operating Platform
Jason has a comprehensive background in driving strategy and operational excellence at technology-driven growth-stage ventures. Throughout his career, he’s served in a variety of B2B operating roles, including general management with an emphasis on the sales and business development functions where he’s partnered with founders and investors to respond to market opportunities.
Immediately prior to Jump, Jason was the CEO of Food Genius, a data insights and analytics platform for the food service industry, where he led the company through its acquisition by US. Foods in the spring of 2016.
Jason earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
Tarun Gupta
Partner
Tarun joined Jump Capital in 2020 and leads the team on venture capital investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Jump, Tarun was on the corporate development team at Scientific Games, where he helped the company complete eight acquisitions in the casino gaming, lottery, and sports betting space. Tarun began his career as an investment banking analyst at Livingstone Partners.
Tarun holds a BBA degree from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Robert Hutchins
Partner, Portfolio Growth
Robb joined Jump in 2021 to build mechanisms that accelerate growth and create scale within Jump’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Jump, Robb was on the Corporate Business Development team at Amazon, supporting various business teams structure and negotiating complex, first-of-their-kind strategic partnerships. These partnerships were struck with leading fintech and payments players, and enabled product development spanning eCommerce, physical retail, cloud, logistics, and marketplace selling customers. Robb's early career spanned various operating roles, focused on business development, strategy, and product.
Robb earned a BS in Economics at Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Ola Jewusiak
Director of Marketing
Ola is the Director of Marketing at Jump and is responsible for its marketing and communications strategy.
Before joining Jump, Ola was the Global Director of Marketing at Livingstone and its cannabis-focused affiliate Sharp Capital. At Livingstone, she helped scale the global marketing function and led the global team through a brand and website redesign, a CRM implementation, and a global events program launch. She was also the primary brand builder behind Sharp Capital, responsible for building and launching the brand in just six weeks in 2020.
Before that, Ola was the first marketing hire at age tech startup Caremerge. There she helped launch a brand and website redesign, created popular video case studies, and was part of the Series C fundraising team. She was first bitten by the marketing bug while working on presidential campaigns - and can still rattle off electoral votes by state.
Her background includes brand building, B2B marketing, content strategy and execution, public relations, and event planning for everything from small wine events to seminars to large conferences for hundreds of people. Her educational background includes the University of Iowa, where she studied Communication Studies and Journalism, and Jagiellonian University in Poland.
Ola volunteers with One Tail at a Time and judges debate tournaments with Chicago Debates in partnership with the Chicago Public Schools. You can find her wandering Chicago's lake shore most mornings with her dog Andy, overbuying books at one of Chicago's great local bookstores, or enjoying a comedy show or live music somewhere.

With over 20 years of executive and financial leadership experience, Mike has operated, advised and invested in companies across a broad range of industries and stages from startups to mature enterprises.
Prior to co-founding Jump Capital, he was a senior partner for Excelar Group LLC, a provider of strategic execution and advisory services. He also served as President of SIRVA, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio company.
Mike spent sixteen years with GE and GE Capital in a breadth of financial, operating and global assignments and is an honors graduate from GE’s Financial Management and Leadership Development programs.
Mike attended Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with highest distinction earning a BS in Finance.

Kasey Mitria
Office Operations Manager
Kasey joined Jump in 2016 and is the office operations manager. Prior to joining Jump, she was an associate at GCM Grosvenor where she spent 2 years supporting the fund finance department.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, yoga, meditation and is a connoisseur of all things gelato.
Kasey graduated with honors from the University of Iowa with a BA in Communication Studies.
Saaya Nath

Saaya joined Jump Capital in 2020 and leads new venture capital investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Jump, Saaya worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she spent time in the Private Equity practice and across a variety of strategy and operations projects.

Will Nuñez
Associate
Will Nuñez joins Jump Capital with rich experience in big data and analytics platforms, focused on researching and implementing emerging software, along with developing scalable data products across consulting, cyber security, finance, law, and sports/entertainment domains. His educational background includes an MS in analytics from the University of Chicago and a BS in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
In this role, he will work across our investing areas supporting research, data collection, and analysis efforts while working closely with the investment team on identifying unique, innovative founders to partner with.
Yelena Shkolnik
Partner
Yelena joined Jump in 2015 and is focused on new investments and current portfolio companies in media and enterprise software. Prior to joining Jump, Yelena was an investor with MK Capital, where she sourced new opportunities and actively supported MK’s portfolio companies. As an investor with MK Yelena made investments in enterprise software, cloud computing, and marketing technology. Previously she was an associate with McNally Capital, where she focused on energy and closed an investment in the clean energy space.
Before business school, Yelena was the finance manager for DreamWorks Studios, where she was actively involved in negotiating the studio’s raise of new capital and the adoption of a new global licensing strategy. Yelena began her career as an investment banker with UBS, where she advised companies in technology and media and raised over $1 billion in capital for clients.
Yelena holds a BA in economics with honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
